Dallas, Texas – July 14, 2026 – CoVerica is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Sterlacci as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chad Brumit as Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking an exciting new chapter in the company's continued growth and commitment to serving clients, partners, and employees.
Chris Sterlacci has been a member of CoVerica since 2011 and has played an instrumental role in the growth and success of CoVerica Agency Alliance. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force and graduate of Southern Methodist University, Sterlacci brings more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization. As CEO, he will serve as the company's Visionary, focusing on long-term strategy, cultivating strong partnerships, and investing in the people and culture that have defined CoVerica's success.

Joining CoVerica as Chief Operating Officer, Chad Brumit brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning operations, business development, and strategic growth across multiple industries. As COO and the company's Integrator, Brumit will focus on aligning strategy with execution, enhancing operational excellence, and ensuring continued accountability across the organization as CoVerica grows.
