CoVerica Insurance Celebrates Brooke Bovis’ Appointment to the In-Sync Exotics Board of Directors

Dallas, TX — November 20, 2025 — CoVerica Insurance is proud to announce that Brooke Bovis, Commercial Lines Service and Sales Executive at CoVerica and long-time volunteer and dedicated animal advocate, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center. Brooke will serve as the organization’s Animal Health Director, a role that reflects her exceptional commitment to animal welfare and her hands-on experience with the sanctuary.

Over the past decade, Brooke’s involvement has grown from weekend volunteer to Chief Volunteer, and now to Director. The sanctuary currently cares for 80+ big cats, along with a horse, a donkey, and two lemurs, supported by an international network of approximately 120 volunteers. Brooke’s leadership plays a vital role in coordinating care for these animals and supporting the volunteers who help sustain the organization’s mission.

“The volunteers take their time away from family and friends to take care of animals that you couldn’t do without schooling or special knowledge and it can bring you peace and comfort to see them recognize you or your voice and that is just one of the many reasons we continue to do this work.”, said Brooke.

This appointment reflects CoVerica’s ongoing commitment to community service through CoVerica Cares, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports In-Sync Exotics and other local North Texas organizations. Brooke’s passion and leadership embody the spirit of giving that drives CoVerica’s mission.
