(Dallas, TX) – September 20, 2019 – CoVerica once again retains its status as part of an elite group of independent insurance agencies who hold the title of “Best Practice Agency”, awarded by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA). This is the sixth year in a row CoVerica has won this prestigious honor. Out of approximately 35,000 agencies nationwide, 1,300 independent agencies were nominated by state associations and company partners to take part, and only 236 agencies qualified for the award. For a “Best Practice Agency” to retain its status, they must submit detailed financial and operational information to be reviewed and ranked by the IIABA. The specific characteristics required for nomination include: quality customer service and satisfaction, technological capabilities, revenue growth, and top-notch leadership and staff.
