DALLAS, TEXAS, July 23, 2018 – CoVerica has once again been named as an elite agency by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) “Best Practices” Study Group. This is the fifth year in a row that the North Texas based Independent Insurance Agency has been awarded this prestigious honor by the insurance agency industry experts. The Best Practices Study was started by IIBA in 25 years ago as a benchmark of how an insurance agency should be ran. IIABA selected 2,500 independent agencies out of 300,000 nationally to take part in their annual study and 250 agencies were awarded the Best Practices Designation. CoVerica scored within the top 25% of the 250 agencies awarded. To be chosen, an agency must perform as a top performer within specific annual revenue categories, client retention, and agency growth.
“CoVerica has once again shown that they’re a group of insurance leaders, not only among North Texas agencies, but when compared to all insurance professionals throughout the country,” said Michael Sterlacci, CoVerica’s CEO. “The Best Practices Agency designation shows that the agents at CoVerica consistently set the bar for hard work and commitment to our clients and carrier partners. I am truly thankful for their talents and what each of them bring to the CoVerica culture.”
CoVerica was founded in 1983 and will celebrate its 35th year at the end of 2018.
